How to allow access for visitors to access into the premise with the access control system intact?

You will want to welcome most of those who visit your premises, so it must be easy for them to let you know they are there.

The three additional products that you can add on to the access control package to allow your visitors to be able to communicate with you when you are inside, and the most common means of attracting their attention are:

  • A simple door bell system which alerts your staff to the fact that there is someone waiting outside.

How secure is the access control system?

This access control system allows you to restrict unauthorised access into the premise. It should not be used as a secured system. We always recommend our customer to continue to use their manual locking system to lock the system after everyone left the office to double secure the door.
As this is an electronic device which runs on main electricity, should there be a power trip, the door will be release and anyone can access the premise freely.

We recommend this system for restriction of unauthorised access to the premise.

Does the CCTV system allow us to monitor the location from other places?

Yes! You will be able to view the location where you install the CCTV from other place, as long as you have internet access. What you need to provide us is a broadband internet access and a router that supports port forwarding and DDNS.

From there, our engineers will configure the Digital Video Recorder to communicate with your Router to allow you to login to a designated URL with the User ID and Password to monitor your premise, remotely.
