How to transfer calls to another extension with Cisco/Linksys phones?
- While on the call, press the 'xfer' button; far left button near the lcd of the phone
- Dial the extension you want to transfer to and press the 'dial' button; far right button near the lcd
- Now you can wait for the person you are transferring to to answer the phone or you can immediately transfer; At anytime to transfer the call, press the 'xfer' button again on far left of lcd
