Typically, our partners are either computer system integrators familiar with IP networks or
traditional phone systems resellers. However, we will work with anyone who has a current or
prospective customer base for our solutions. We provide all the training you need to prospect for
new opportunities, close sales and install, administer and support our solutions.

Max Cole will assign an Inside Channel Account Manager who will conduct on-site sales training
for your staff. The training will focus on the unique features and selling points of the solutions and
demonstrate the clear advantages and benefits they provide to your customers. Your sales staff
will understand the environments in which the solutions will be deployed and the sales strategies
necessary to close the deal. Technical training will be given by a Max Cole engineer who will train
your technical staff on the essential skills necessary for a successful deployment.

Partner Requirements

The entry level is a Registered Partner, who need only to diligently promote Max Cole and our solutions. Select and Preferred Partners have additional requirements which are detailed under the section Partner Options.

Revenue Commitment

From referral fee based sales to aggressive discounts based on quarterly revenue commitments, Max Cole has a program to fit your business. See Partner Options below.

Sales Regions

There are no sales regions. We may, however, distribute sales leads to our partners based on the partner’s proximity to the potential customer and their partnership level.

Marketing Collateral

All Partners have access to Max Cole marketing and presentation collateral. Preferred Partners will be entitled to co-branding in the product splash screen and other marketing materials.

Demo unit

Select and Preferred Partners must purchase a Max Cole IP PBX for use as a sales tool. Having a demo unit is the easiest way to convert leads into sales by effectively demonstrating the unique features and value of the product. A complete demo presentation kit is included.

Max Cole is committed to maintaining the integrity of product pricing in the marketplace.

Partner Options

Preferred Partner

The Preferred Partner is the corner stone of Max Cole’s Partner Program and has the highest revenue commitment. In return, Preferred Partners receive the maximum discount on Max Cole products and services, preferential treatment for sales leads, top priority access to Max Cole sales and technical support staff and priority treatment on order fulfillment.

Preferred Partners may also take advantage of co-branding programs for both the PBX itself (splash screen) and Max Cole marketing collateral. Preferred Partners are encouraged to participate in Max Cole sponsored marketing events including technical demonstrations and product road shows.

Preferred Partners have direct communications with Max Cole developers with the ability to influence future design of the product.

Select Partner

Select Partners have a lower revenue commitment, but still enjoy healthy discounts on product. Select Partners also have preferred access to Max Cole sales and technical support staff during regular business hours. This level is ideal for a traditional PABX integrator. Max Cole provides a low risk entry into the IP market for companies looking to complement their existing business by diversi-
fying into IP based telephony solutions.

Registered Partner

Registered partners are individuals or businesses whose core competency is not necessarily in IT or telecommunications. Registered partners receive a referral fee based on all hardware and services sold to customers they refer to Max Cole, but have no sales commitment.

Max Cole or another partner will perform any required services including site surveys, installation, configuration and testing as well as handle any customer support calls. Max Cole will bill the customer directly and pay a referral fee to the partner when the customer has paid the project fee in full.

Interior designers, general contractors and similar businesses with clients who need an IP PBX or Unified Communications Server will find this relationship to be a simple and convenient way to grow revenue for their own business.
